S&K Construction and Remodeling LLC is a reputable and fast-growing construction company specializing in residential roofing projects throughout Northeast Ohio. We are currently seeking a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Sales Representative to join our roofing sales team.
This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, and a great opportunity to earn significant income. We provide all the leads and full sales training—you just bring your drive and ability to close!
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs
Provide professional estimates and close sales
Follow up with leads provided by the company
Maintain communication with office staff and project managers
Help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
Be able to show up on job sites to check on progress
Willingness to work independently without direct supervision
Requirements
Must be available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus (but not required)
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working alone and self-directed in the field
Compensation
Commission-based pay: Earn up to 10% of the total gross for each roofing job sold
