This job requires the employee to generate jobs through door knocking/referrals. Must be able to confidently speak with homeowners/business owners. You will be inspecting roof damage, so being able to get onto the top of roofs are a must. Please ensure you have an equipped phone and a vehicle that can hold material/ladders. Rocc Solid Construction is a local restoration company. The company specializes in construction (roof, exterior, etc) for homeowners and businesses that have been impacted by major weather storms, causing damage to their personal property. We strive to help customers reach 100% satisfaction through our services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Duties:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including door knocking, networking events, and referrals.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and close deals.

- Proven experience in business development and account management.

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $67,929.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

Expected hours: 40+ per week.
