We are a local construction maintenance company specializing in all facets of construction. We specialize providing services to management companies, real estate companies, investors, and homeowners services such as minor handyman services to complete rehabs. We can even build custom homes on their lots.
Due to the high demand for our services we are seeking an estimator to assist in estimating the jobs, and overseeing the work they sold. In addition to the current work we have we are looking to expand. We do provide some base pay, commissions, and company vehicle so a valid license is a must. 5 years experience required, and knowledge of Xactimate is a plus.
