What we do
This role will focus on presenting Fiber/High-speed internet products & services to Residential Home owners/decision makers, establishing connections with Leads provided and maintaining new accounts.This is a great opportunity if you have a background selling internet, lifeline or cell phone services! Experience enrolling qualified customers in government benefits programs is also a plus, but not required. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure!
Responsibilities
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
· Selling Spectrum products and services by establishing contact with customers in Big Box retail stores
· Maintaining a professional knowledge of products, promotions and current offerings by attending weekly trainings and team meetings.
· Identifying opportunities to up sell new and existing customers.
· Responsible for adhering to scheduled store visit times and locations.
· Handle customer escalations, billing inquiries & technical issues professionally/ promptly to retain the integrity of the company
