About the Role:
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to help fill our calendar by calling our leads. This role focuses on quality phone calling — if you’re confident on the phone, have strong communication skills, and can handle scripts and rebuttals, we want you on our team.
Fully remote. No experience needed. Training provided. Schedule 1-9PM Monday to Friday (flexible).
What You’ll Do:
- Make 200+ outbound calls per calling session (leads provided)
- Book appointments via our scheduling platforms
- Read provided scripts, rebuttals, and training materials
- Maintain lead organization in CRM
- Ensure booked clients attend their scheduled Zoom meetings with reminders
Tools & Resources Provided:
- 1,000+ quality leads at a time
- Two lead platforms for contact, scheduling, and organization
- CRM with AI texter and autodial capability
- 1 on 1 Virtual Training
Requirements:
- Comfortable making high-volume calls
- Coachable and willing to follow scripts and feedback
- Reliable internet, phone, and computer access (Remote)
- US-based, 18+ years old
