Let me first tell you about my Journey in this industry because many people are like me. I worked for a bank selling investments and insurance for 4 years, loved the industry, just disliked the long hours and cold calling, I knew one day I wanted to make my own dreams come true and not the corporation I was working for.
After the bank I worked for a company that primarily sold Final Expense Insurance. In that market the sales are marketed to people aged 50 plus. I had success making these sales; however looking at my teams net incomes after lead costs, travel expenses and high charge backs I saw that we were netting only about 1/3 of our total compensation. While very successful I did not like the idea of “losing” 2/3 of our compensation, compiling that with the now over saturation of agents, due heavily to the MLM style recruiting in that industry I decided I was ready for a change.
I finally found an opportunity where we get in front of an unlimited amount of prospects that really need our help. We are meeting with them virtually from the comfort of our home. Appreciation Financial is a market within the financial community. We hit the INC 5000 in 2018 and again in 2019 as one of the fastest growing private companies! It is quite simple: we help teachers and staff of public schools with retirement options. We work with district-approved vendors and we have payroll slots that allow us to be on campus and sell retirement plans in the schools and virtually. We pay almost nothing in marketing costs and rarely, if ever, get charge backs. And we run into money! Lots of it!
Why?
Because this is a vastly under served market and most of the plans offered by others have very high fees as well as being inappropriate for the client.

- You currently have a life insurance license or can obtain one in 30 days

- Must have a car, laptop, smartphone and scanning capability
