We are a 15 year old technology company providing Background Screening Industry, Local, State and Federal Government Agencies with Electronic FBI Criminal History Record Checks based on Fingerprint Biometrics.
Seeking a technically talented, motivated customer service and results oriented individual capable of performing multiple duties in a small business setting:
Software Programming
Software / System Testing
Software Maintenance
Diagnose and Solve Technical issues
Dialog and work with technical representatives from various State Criminal History Records Bureaus
Assist in new software design / architecture recommendations based on specific state Livescan Interface Control Documentation
Help Build / Configure PC’s / Install / Configure Advanced Livescan Software
Assist with Technical Customer Support
Occasional integration of new computer hardware (USB peripherals) i.e. fingerprint imaging devices based on manufactures published Windows SDK / API’s primarily in Microsoft C#/.Net
Position Requires:
Must Live and work near Mentor Ohio area (Work from Home with weekly in person meetings).
Ability to perform work on own, with limited supervision is a must.
Programming Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2017-2022 C#.Net
PDF Smart Form Creation / Programmatic Form Filling (Text and Images) using Adobe Acrobat or similar.
Occasional Image Processing Coding using Python / OpenCV or similar.
Experience with HTML / Standard Web Services: (HTML, JSON, XML, REST, WSDL).
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening for a non-felony National Criminal History Record Check.
