We pay 18% to 20% of the total sale. So if you perform a brake pads and rotors job and it sells for $400, then the commission is minimum $72. Add calipers and the commission is at least $135. Those are one hour jobs. How many jobs like that can you do in a day? We specialize in under-car and mechanical with exhaust custom bending.
There is no limit especially for talented techs with certifications who are paid a premium for their diagnostic skills.
