We provide on-site key cutting, fob replacement, and advanced programming services. As a startup, we’re expanding quickly and looking for skilled professionals who want to grow with us.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy automotive locksmith / key programming technician who can perform everything from basic key duplication to advanced programming and bench work on modules, ECUs, and immobilizer systems.
This is a commission-based / contract position — ideal for a motivated technician looking for flexibility, independence, and a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Perform key cutting, duplication, and programming for all vehicle types.
- Handle complex programming tasks for high-end and late-model vehicles.
- Perform bench work, including key and ECU repair, EEPROM work, and module programming.
- Use and maintain the latest diagnostic and programming tools and software.
- Provide mobile and on-site service with professionalism and quality workmanship.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle security technologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive locksmithing and advanced key programming.
- Proficiency with modern key programming tools and software (SmartPro, Autel, VVDI, Xhorse, IM608, etc.).
- Ability to perform bench-level work confidently.
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
