We are seeking qualified bathroom installers to take on and complete projects, in proper order, from beginning to end. If you are a qualified candidate for this position you probably already operate as an independent contractor, doing bathroom remodels, and just wish for a steady flow of good paying work, without the headaches associated with sales, marketing, customer relations and material management. We know the business well and only desire to work with a seasoned professionals who also knows the business well. We will teach you our process but we are not teaching trade skills.
You would be oriented to a job site, provided all scope and material information, and then you would work independently with no micro-management. The first qualification for this opportunity is the ability to follow a comprehensive written scope of work and to give straight answers to straight questions starting now.

OUR STANDARD BATHOOM UPDATE SCOPE
A 50sf bathroom stripped to bare studs and floor joists with a new replacement alcove bathtub installed. Plumbing stubs micro positioned for a standard 34" single sink vanity, recessed medicine cabinet and wall mount vanity light. All new drywall and tile backer installed. Tub-shower tiled to ceiling with a single accent band running through it. All new plumbing fixtures installed to include mixer, spout and shower arm. Set a tile floor, wall to wall, all tile 1'x2' ceramic, 1/8 in sanded grout lines and a sliding glass shower door installed on tub ledge. Install a grab bar, towel racks, garment hooks, TP dispenser and new toilet. Three friction mounted down lights will be installed to operate on two dimmer-rocker switches and a GFCI with vanity light switch set into a tile backsplash 18" over the vanity-top.
