Paragon is seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our growing team in the Cleveland area. We’re a small, dedicated construction company providing high-quality services to both residential and commercial clients. As a Painter, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Ensure quality of work by following customer specifications and company standards
Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape
Clean up job sites and maintain tools and equipment
Maintain safety procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Perform touch-ups or additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years of painting experience (preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to various work sites across the Cleveland area
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Able to complete or willing to obtain 40-hour Lead Safety Training
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or scaffolding
