We are looking to add hard working, motivated, dynamic people to our team!
The majority of carpentry repairs are as follows:
- Cedar shake replacement.
- Window frame replacements.
- Window sill replacements.
- Deck repairs.
- Gutter repairs.
- Siding repairs.
- Trim replacement.
- General rough carpentry work.
- Outdoor carpentry is roughly 90% of the job position.
- You must be able to take direction from a manager, crew leader, or owner of the company. Emotional intelligence and critical feedback is a job requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license to get to and from the office.
4 Years of Verified carpentry experience (this experience appears on your resume)
Own your own vehicle to get to and from job sites (no sharing of vehicles allowed)
Valid drivers license
Able to climb and work off ladders up to 32' tall
Ability to work alone or with a team
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Be a nice person!

Work on your feet for extended periods of time
Climb ladders of all heights and work comfortably
Lift at least 50lbs
