We’re a busy renovation company doing full-scope residential remodels year-round in Cleveland & surrounding areas. We’re building a core crew of skilled tradesmen who can work multiple trades and excel at finished carpentry.
If you can handle a project from rough work to the final trim — and take pride in doing it right — you’ll fit in here.
You MUST Be Skilled In More Than One Of These:
- Finished Carpentry & Trim Work (doors, baseboards, crown, custom installs)
- Framing & Structural Carpentry - Drywall (hang, tape, mud, finish)
- Flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile)
- Painting & Staining (interior/exterior)
- Kitchen & Bath Renovations (cabinet install, tile, backsplash)
- Basic Plumbing & Electrical (rough-in + fixture installs)
- Demolition & Jobsite Prep
What We Offer:
- Year-round work – no seasonal layoffs
- Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday (optional Saturdays)
- Weekly pay $20–$30/hr based on proven skill (we pay for what you can do, not just what you say)

- Own basic tools (materials & specialty tools provided)
- ZERO TOLERANCE for drugs or alcohol — on or before work.
