[Duties ]
Collaborate and plan with project superintendent on schedule, weekly reports, and subcontractors as well as all construction operations to ensure deadlines will be met
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and work with the project manager assistant to reach profitable agreements and prepare subcontract agreements, material purchase orders and change orders
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
[Requirements ]
5-7 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software is required
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

$70k - $90k a year

Most projects are local but some overnight travel may be occasionally required
