Handyman / Maintenance Technician ( Greater Cleveland)
Great opportunity for Handyman Technicians with an established property maintenance company. We are looking for a handyman techs for remodeling, maintenance and repairs in primarily commercial properties. This is clean work in a professional atmosphere. We work primarily Greater Cleveland Akron and Canton occasionally.
The position is NOT casual part time, moonlight or under the table. Position is W2 full-time or regular part-time with potential to grow within the company.

For the right people we may provide company van with an inventory of spares and other regularly needed parts.
Qualified applicants must:
Have prior commercial maintenance experience!
Can follow directions.
Have reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
The physical ability to work a full time shift daily M-F.
Able to work some overtime weekends & nights on an as needed basis.
Communicate clearly & professionally verbally & in writing.
