In need of an experienced Construction Laborers & Tradesmen.
Local construction company specializing in apartment interior renovations looking to start the right individuals ASAP.
Fulltime Position (35-40 hours per week - Monday-Friday, No Weekends)
Job location varies throughout Cuyahoga County
Individual must possess some of the following skills:
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Rough and finish carpentry
Drywall (hanging/finishing)
Painting
Flooring (VCT, vinyl wall base and stair treads)
Janitorial (strip & wax vct, wash windows, clean appliances, etc.)
Follow directions (verbal/written)
Work independently or as a team
Must have:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Basic tools REQUIRED to perform daily tasks
