We are a 35 Year old "Project Real Estate Company" managing and selling many Cleveland residential home flips in our area and are looking to add an Experienced Roofer to our tradesman team !
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience with the installation of asphalt shingles and can repair damaged roofs with similar shingles.
Requirements:
-4+ years of experience with shingle installation
-Valid Driver's License
-Pre-Employment Drug Screening (prohibited substances include THC)
What the Candidate can expect:
FLEX TIME/ PART TIME - work your day job then work with us weekends and evenings.
-Payrate up to $30.00 per hour
Part Time/ Flex Time Work- Year Round
