General handyman for work on house flips and new construction projects. Looking for someone to do painting, light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, tile work, install appliances, and other work not handled by the major trades.
Looking for someone with a reasonable amount of experience with most of their own tools. I currently have work at a new house flip on the far westside of Cleveland and work at two new construction houses in Ohio City.
This is a totally flexible schedule as the houses are vacant. This will be subcontract work but W-2 wages are on option on the new construction work.
Hourly rate of $20 to $35 will depend on skill set and experience.
