Project location: Crocker Park Shopping Center
Typical Hours of work: 7am to 330pm M-F.
Hours per week: minimum 40 hours per week. Overtime available if approved.
Length of the project: 16 weeks
Start Date: 4/8/2024
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Must have proper construction attire. (steel toe boots, long work pants, etc.)
- Must have your own transportation to and from the job site.
- Must have a phone for communication.
- Must be flexible to work Saturday/Sunday.
- Must be flexible to work longer than 8 hours a day.
- Must have an understanding of construction safety.
- Must work well with our team.
- Minimum construction experience necessary.
Scope:
- Organize and track material orders.
- Clean up the job site which includes the restroom. (light daily clean for the restroom)
- Empty out the trash and sweep up the job site.
- Lay down flooring protection when needed.
- Stay on top of other trades to keep the job site clean.
- Set up dust protection.
