Looking for a handyman for retail and commercial sites. Skills to include flooring ( all types ), drywall, painting , ceiling tiles, light electrical, light plumbing as well as assorted other tasks. We are a busy 45 year old company with work ranging approx. within 40 mile radius of Cleveland area. This is a 1099 position that is paid by HOURS on the job. Hourly pay is generous but candidate must be able to follow protocol, instructions, and be punctual. Candidate must have confidence that they are able to to assorted tasks. Needs reliable transportation ( preferably van or pick up ). Valid drivers license, drug free, responsible. 30 day trial period before raised to optimal pay.
