I have a small company that I run and am looking for the a qualified person to be my right hand man. I would prefer at least 3 yrs experience in exterior remodeling. (Any interior experience would be helpful) . But knowledge in siding roofing and gutters is a major Plus. We sub all our roofs out but still need to do repairs and help overseeing roofing and siding crews. You would be working with the owner ( me ) directly everyday. A valid drivers license and your own vehicle is a must. Please don’t respond if you don’t have those two requirements. Another huge plus would be having experience driving a truck with a trailer attached. Must have your own hand tools. I supply all power tools. Pay is based, not just your experience. But your ability to help produce quality product, attendance and enthusiasm for the job. There is light vetting involved with an interview process. We don’t hold a persons past against them. Just need to know who we are dealing with. we also offer a tool program and profit sharing. Most of the work is in Brunswick Strongsville and Parma. This is a 1099 position.
