You’ll put your technical skills to work by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems—including AC units, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits—while providing outstanding service that ensures each customer feels confident in their home’s comfort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.Your Day-to-Day:Serve residential customers with a positive, professional attitude.Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.Diagnose, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, includingACs, Furnaces, Mini-splits, Boilers, etc.Recommend solutions and provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions.Complete service reports and document all work accurately.Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home.What Does It Take?2 years of HVAC field experience,service preferredEPA Type II or Universal certification requiredValid Driver's license requiredKnowledge of Service Titan is a plus!Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the jobSafety is always on your mind.
