I am looking to hire a licensed electrician or a journeyman who has a boss with a license who can pull a permit, ensure the house is up to code electrically and can pass inspection with city.
Several properties that are vacant and ready to be listed for sale, but do not have power on for over 1 year and are requiring inspection first to restore the power.
