Position: Licensed Division Leader (Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC)
Job Summary: We are seeking licensed professionals in the fields of Plumbing, Electrician, and HVAC to join our team as Division Leaders. As the Division Leaders, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding these divisions within our company. Your primary responsibilities will include quoting projects, ordering materials, recruiting, and managing crew members, and overseeing the initial execution of the projects. We will handle the sales activities and administration and provide you with a steady workload to ensure your focus remains on division profitability.
Responsibilities:
Quote projects accurately and competitively to secure new business.
Source and order materials required for each project, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Recruit, train, and manage a skilled crew that can effectively execute projects.
Oversee the initial stages of each project, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
Collaborate with the company leadership to develop strategies for division growth and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Hold a valid license in Plumbing, Electrician, or HVAC (relevant to the division applied for).
Proven experience in the respective field, preferably with a focus on multi-family housing construction.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during project execution.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with the company's goals.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
