What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee plumbing operations for a new division
Serve as the qualifying Master Plumber for licensing and permit requirements
Perform and supervise residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation
Support restoration projects with plumbing tie-ins, fixture sets, and rough/finish work
Diagnose and repair leaks, broken lines, and water damage-related plumbing failures
Ensure all work meets Ohio Plumbing Code and local permitting standards
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with project managers
Train, mentor, and develop additional plumbing staff as the division grows
Participate in the rotational on-call schedule for after-hours water emergencies

What You Bring
Active Ohio Master Plumber License (OCILB Plumbing Contractor license preferred)
5+ years of plumbing experience with leadership ability
Strong knowledge of Ohio Plumbing Code and permitting
Proven ability to train and manage a small field team
High standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Professional communication and calm under pressure
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
