Our company manages residential properties from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings throughout Cuyahoga County. We are looking for maintenance technicians who can complete various maintenance repairs on mostly occupied rental units. This is a versatile position that has many responsibilities that includes:
Schedule and/or arrange access with tenants
Complete various repairs including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, exterior, locks, general repair, etc
Must have good communication skills to talk with tenants
Compensation will depend on availability, reliability, and skill
Must have their own tools and vehicle
Monthly and holiday bonuses; Customer service bonuses
Most jobs will pay a $30 trip fee; Higher emergency trip fees also apply
This would be a 1099 position but we can provide a steady and regular 40 hours; Paid every Friday
