Chandler Park is a new concept to develop small businesses in Cleveland by offering low cost workspaces. Our customers are month to month so we have a lot of moving in and moving out. Offices must be constantly painted, repaired, cleaned and prepared for the next occupant. Our Office Prep Specialist, once trained, will be responsible to prepare each workspace for the next customer. This involves staging of furniture, painting, minor repairs, etc. This is a busy and active position. On ones feet all day long. Some physical work is required.
