Job Responsibilities:
-Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof
-Excellent technical abilities
-Valley repair
-Ridge repair
-Chimney flashing
-Fascia repair
-Pipe flashings
-Siding
-Minor carpentry work
-On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position)
Requirements:
-Must have clean driving record
-Must have reliable transportation to work
-Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
-Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
-Great communication skills with both customers and co-workers
-Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
-Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
Preferences:
-Construction background
-EPDM, TPC, other Flat Roof
-Metal work
