I need a roofer to patch a roof for me on a 3 story building. It's a duplex with an attic. Just need patching at the moment only for insurance reasons, but I am also looking for a bid on a half replacement to entertain at a future date. Half the roof was replaced recently now the other half needs it but looking for short term patches in the meantime before scheduling the other half to be replaced.
