Job Title: Roof Systems Technician - Laborer
Compensation: $18-21/hour
General Job Description: We are searching for disciplined individuals with an interest in the building arts and desire to grow into a tradesperson for a laboring position, within either the commercial or service departments, to aide and assist in job completion per lead man’s instructions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
● Job site clean up
● Material and tool removal and relocation
● Assistance in loading and unloading vehicles
● Assistance in job site specific tasks
● Safety set up and growing acclimation with OSHA regulations
● Daily vehicle maintenance
● Applying oneself and asking questions to learn and obtain higher position in company
Qualifications for the Job:
● Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record preferred (less than 4 points)
● 0-2 years of experience, but willing to train
● Own/be able to obtain all necessary hand tools
● Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs. of material, ability to crouch, stand, bend for extended period
● Ability to work in extreme temperatures
● Punctuality
● Professional demeanor and appearance
● Able to pass background and drug screening
