We are seeking a highly skilled handyman for a portfolio of homes we have in Cleveland Ohio. Many of them are in need of renovations and rehabs. Some are simple fixes, other will require electrical repairs, small plumbing repairs, cleaning, painting, drywall, etc.
We ideally would like to find someone very reliable who will work with us on a very regular basis to maintain properties and assistance with inspection fixes for CMHA. There is always something that needs to be done!
The more skilled you are, the better the pay. Pay will be fair market rate based on skill level. We pay day rates or service call rate.
