Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Current liability insurance.
Will be completing all phases of construction except roofing. Must have the knowledge to do so.
A list of at least 4 residential references (will be contacted).
Prior insurance work will move you to the top of the list.
Knowledge of reading Xactimate estimates helpful.
MUST be open to net 30 day payments as we get paid net 60-90 days.
