We are seeking subcontractors with a 2 to 3 man crew, that can fully complete renovations on residential units. We are contracted with CMHA (Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority) which assigns 5-10 units per month for us to PFO (prepare for occupancy.) We provide excellent service and professionalism to our client and are interested in subcontractors that have the same qualities.
Units are 1 bedrooms, approximately 435 to 460sq.
Must be completed in the 10 day calendar time frame.
Working hours M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Scope of work includes
Painting
Replace VCT tile
Minor Plumbing
Minor Electrical
Installation of kitchen cabinets and countertops etc.
Installation of toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet etc.
Cleaning
We are looking forwardto starting 2025 off with additions to our crews. Serious and qualified inquiries only.
