Pay Package
Guaranteed Option
$2,000 per week per driver for the first 6,000 team miles
$0.80 CPM split for all miles above 6,000
Bonuses
Holiday Bonus — up to $2,000
Clean DOT Bonuses — $100 / $300 / $500
Referral Bonus — $600 per team
Long-run Bonus — $2,200 after 6 weeks, $2,300 after 10 weeks

Requirements
CDL Class A
Must be 21+
6+ months OTR experience
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic English
Clean MVR & work history
Personal GPS required
Out-of-state travel to Ottsville, PA for parking test, orientation & truck pickup (50% travel reimbursement after start)
Deductions
Occupational Insurance: $36/week
Escrow: $1,000 ($250/week for 4 weeks; refunded with 2-week notice)
