Duties include, but are not limited to, taking pictures and completing condition reports of repossessed vehicles. Cleaning out and inventorying personal property. Prepping vehicles for auction pick up.
The person in this position frequently communicates with debtors and transporters.
Will also be trained on basic locksmith skills.
The lot attendant must be able to remain professional but firm when debtors arrive to redeem their personals or vehicles.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to deal with inclement weather as a good portion of the day is spent outside.
Must be honest, reliable, and responsible.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
