Van drivers needed
Pick up school students in the AM from their homes and drop them off in school. The same will be done in the PM.
- Drug screening and - Background check required.
A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Be at least 21 years of age
Professional driving experience Duties and Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
Pick up students every morning and reverse the route in the afternoon every weekday when School is in session.
Routine upkeep of vehicles; including but not limited to refueling, basic operational checks, and maintaining interior cleanliness.
Communicate clearly with School administrators to facilitate timely pick-ups and drop-offs and to manage students in the vehicle.
Be sensitive to the needs of people, especially students and their parents, and show a pleasant disposition to all people in all situations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Fluency in English and be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Patience and display willingness to work with students and their parents
Possess and utilize skills in the areas of leadership, crisis management, organization, and verbal communication Excellent attendance and punctuality Specific Training/Skills:
Knowledge of State and Federal driving rules and regulations
