18+ years old
Primary Thought disorder diagnoses (schizophrenia/acute mania/associative disorders)
Primary skills utilized/learned:
Therapeutic Listening
Verbal De-escalation
Crisis Management
Relationship Building
Milieu Management
Group Programming Facilitation
Personnel LPN will work with :
RNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers
Number of beds on unit:
20 beds

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
Current Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
