Client Services Coordinator Job Description
We are a nationally known fee-only wealth management firm in Columbus, Ohio seeking an assistant
client services coordinator to join our team.
We specialize in wealth management using a personalized approach for high-net-worth individuals and
small business owners. We are currently seeking a dedicated team player who is eager to learn and
contribute to our company. Our assistant client services coordinator requires a bright, hardworking,
goal-oriented, self-motivated, passionate, personable, and professional individual that also has a good
sense of humor.
Position Overview
Work closely with current client services team to coordinate communication with our clients and assist
in routine administrative needs. Initially, the primary responsibilities will center on client
communication assistance such as assisting in client onboarding and general assistance with office
operations. A qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, structured, and have a high degree of follow-
through.
Initial Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Assists with Onboarding - Coordinate new and ongoing client account paperwork
o Work with other team members as needed
o Prepare paperwork for electronic signature or mailing
o Follow up on all processed paperwork through completion
Process account transactions and forms, and follow up in a timely manner
Assist with action items that come from client meetings
Key Qualifications:
The most qualified candidates will typically possess the following:
o Good attention to detail and a self-starter.
o Financial services experience preferred
o Takes initiative to research and resolve issues
o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); aptitude for technology
o A commitment to accurate and high quantity work.
o Two-year degree preferred
o Is motivated for self-improvement and for that of the firm; strives to be a great team
player
o Fun to work with

Hours & Compensation
Initial need is 20-30 hours. Flexible schedule between 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Starting wage of $19.50/hour with review after 30 days.
