SouthernCarlson is seeking a Counter/Warehouse Associate to join our team of successful team in our Columbus, OH branch!
Hours Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. No Weekends!
Bilingual in Spanish is required
What You Will Do as a Front Counter/Warehouse Associate:
Customer Service- in person, phone, and emails
Counter Sales
Timely and accurate processing of orders
Inventory Tracking
Shipping and receiving, order selecting, loading/unloading,stocking, and any other warehouse duties as assigned
What Qualifications You Will Bring:
One year, minimum, of warehouse experience and customer service experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You are a quick learner and able to retain training knowledge
You are a self-starter who presents a professional image and attitude
Possess a strong work ethic
You have organization skills and are very detailed with high level of accuracy
You have intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and web navigation
Experience in construction, fastener, or manufacturing industry
You posses a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis
Lift up to 100 pounds of customer product on an occasional basis
