Title: Customer Service Specialist
Summary: As a member of our team you will be helping customers by answering phones & taking orders, keeping the cases clean, organized, filled and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities: Energetically help customers in a timely manner; whether in store or on phone
Take accurate orders and follow our procedures for pricing
Ability to stay organized and focused
Box products in a neat and clean manner
Proper use of POS terminal for cash and credit card sales
Maintain a clean work environment
Keep products in case fresh
Study and learn our products and be able to describe them to customers; for the purpose of selling and/or food allergies concerns
Knowledge of safe handling instructions for health department
Finish required duties in a timely manner and always clean up after yourself
Support other members of our team in a positive manner
Good communication skills (reading and writing) with team members and customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Part time (20-25 hours per week) including Saturdays
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to see the humor in life and use positive vibes to keep things flowing smoothly :)
