We are seeking a regional manager who will oversee multiple locations and manage the living managers at those locations. As a regional manager you will be required to travel on an ongoing basis from location to location. The travel may be unpredictable depending on support needs, and it will be expected to also travel routinely anyhow to continually check on the quality of management at each location.
As such this is a great precision for someone who does not mind being at the road as a majority of time you will stay at locations and are also welcome to live at any of the locations that you're staying at for extended periods of time as appropriate.
To succeeded this position you must have managerial experience and be a wonderful people person. You must also be proactive and a go-getter, not somebody that points out the problems but instead already is working on solutions!
The company's revenue depends on the success of its managers and then of course the ability of the regional manager to maintain great control over the performance of location managers. Your responsibility will include hiring, firing, incentivizing, and making other changes to ensure the business operates professionally and receives great reviews while maximizing its earnings potential month to month.
There is no such thing as a perfect living manager, just different people with different skill sets and qualities. However your job will be to only tolerate the most efficient and appropriate so you must not have a problem with firing and replacing people as needed to ensure we are meeting performance goals.
As regional manager, your compensation package is negotiable.
