Trinity Lutheran School’s “Cub and Tiger Care” (a before and after school latchkey program), provides a Christ-centered, caregiving environment to meet the diverse needs of students and families in our school community.
We are currently seeking qualified and caring staff to support a working partnership with Trinity Lutheran School (Pre school-6th grade) and its families for the upcoming 2020/2021 school year.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Active participation with other members of the teaching team in the implementation of curriculum, parent communication, and quality interactions with children
-Performing documentation, anecdotal records, and daily sheets (when applicable)
-Supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all center standards
-Preparing lesson plans and leading a class with crafts projects, games, stories and other enrichment activities aligning with class curriculum
-Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean ( sanitized in accordance with state Covid-19 regulations) classroom
-Demonstrating love for God and love for all children
Requirements:
-For Cub Care (Pre-School, Pre K, Alt. K) teaching positions, a minimum of an associate's degree is preferred. A high school degree is required for substitutes.
-Applicants must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
All positions (Opener, Day shifts and Afternoon shifts) are Part-Time, Monday-Friday (excl. holidays)
