Here, you’ll join gifted colleagues who make a lasting difference in people’s lives every day.OverviewWe are looking for an Administrator RN to oversee our Columbus and Marion locationsThe Administrator RN reports to the AVP of Operations HH and oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned home health location.

Oversee coordination of admission of patients to Home Health service in a smooth, systematic process, as well as arranging for ancillary services so that they are complimentary.

Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of home health personnel and the coordination of services of all team members and is responsible for ongoing communication with leadership.

About You

Registered Nurse with minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.

Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.

Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care required.

Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment

CPR Certification

Must be able to effectively operate computer, facsimile equipment, copier and cell phone.

Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work

Must have good understanding of Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of home health agency.

Responsibilities Works closely with Section Chief, other managers and administrators, and Planning and Business Development to develop and implement plans for the successful growth of the service line. Assists the Chief in establishing annual performance metrics for the service line including research, clinical, financial, service, and similar metrics. Oversees and manages all billing, clerical and ancillary staff within direct supervisory responsibilities. Collaborates with nursing and other areas within direct supervision, to meet the goals of the service line. Ensures coordination and alignment of clinical activities for those operational areas which fall outside of the SLA\'s direct responsibility (from the patient/family/physician perspective) that are consistent with the plans of the service line. Works closely with the VPs of Marketing, Information Services, Managed Care and similar corporate support areas to develop and implement service line plans and activities. Facilitates change management, and leads/manages major projects/initiatives such as operational restructuring, new service development and major capital projects. Facilitates and recommends annual operating and capital budgets for service line activities. Monitors and administers activity, revenue, expense, and capital budgets for the assigned departments and programs. Analyzes, monitors, and controls allocations for financial, human, and material resources. Collaborates and consults with medical and hospital personnel at all levels, both internally and externally, for the development and coordination of services.
