Create and communicate strategic project management solutions, teaming with the engagement team and Project Management team

Implement firm standardized project management policies and procedures

Develop project milestones and high level plans

Directly monitor engagement team project plans and budgets, and identifies data and performance trends

Develop estimate to complete, identifies and communicates budget issues and understands the impact on audit engagement economics

Identifies and implements process and performance improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum of four years professional experience, familiarity with audit cycle and/or public accounting preferred

Minimum of two years of experience in project/program management required, familiarity with Lean methodology is preferred

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills and meets deadlines

Strong knowledge in reporting and analyzing complex data sets
