This person is expected to perform 50% of the time as a scrum master and 50% of the time as a business analyst.Scrum Master Establish and communicate project plans and milestones to the leadership. Help the team with iteration planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospect meetings. Help the team resolve any roadblocks and manage dependencies. Manage work assignments, monitor team velocity, and team member utilization. Manage and communicate deployment and release schedules. Monitor team spending vs budget and communicate to the leadership. Ensure that the team delivers value every two weeks. Business Analyst Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users, optimizing the business users’ time. Work with architects and businesses to document non-functional requirements. Ensure that the architects, developers, and testers understand the requirements without any ambiguity. Help team with work decomposition and prioritization
