Their duties include managing project priority in partnership with Solutions stakeholders, managing the budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, identifying and collaborating with cross-functional project team members, setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines, and preparing reports to provide project status updates.In partnership with Solutions stakeholders, the Strategic Sales Operations Project Manager will determine project strategy and carry out the completion of assigned projects.What You’ll DoFacilitate the creation of internal and client-facing quarterly business review presentationsOwns agent communications marketing campaign execution, schedules and budgets.Oversee Solutions Network marketing campaign execution, schedules and budgetsMaintain control and cadence of all projects assigned to the sales, operations marketing teamLead coordination and planning for client webinars and other thought leadership eventsCoordinate and lead team brainstorming sessions for client events and experiencesSupport in the planning and execution of client visitsAid in the planning and delivery of the Client Experience Conference event (CEC)Performs other duties as assignedComply with all policies and standardsWhat You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree RequiredPMP Certification Preferred1-3 years RequiredProficient in Microsoft products such as: SharePoint, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc. (High proficiency)Proficient in project management tools such as: MS Project, Wrike, Jira (High proficiency)Working knowledge of programs such as: Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Sitefinity, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Medium proficiency)Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously (High proficiency)Time Management: Ability to manage time of self and others to ensure deadlines are met and projects are executed on.
