Job Posting End Date01-31-2025Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end dateJob SummaryThe Client Liaison will support the C&I Sales teams post sale by being the primary point of contact for our customers and indirect partners. The Liaison will be responsible for managing customer/partner expectations, providing status updates, and ensuring all customer/partner needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and partners, managing all post sale communication and expectations.

Build strong relationships with customer/partners through consistent, professional, and responsive communication.

Serve as a resource for customers/partners on company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Escalate client concerns and issues to appropriate internal departments in a timely manner. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. (Liaise between the customer and internal teams).

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer/partner experience and make recommendations to sales leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education:High School Diploma or GED required plus four years of experience. Bachelor’s Degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred plus two years of experience.Experience:Experience in customer service or client relations. Sales experience preferred. Additional education or experience may be preferred.Familiarity with CRM software.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent listening skills.Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.PHYSICAL DEMAND: SedentaryCompensation DataCompensation Grade:SP20-004Compensation Range:$52,488.00-65,610.50 USDHear about it first!
