Under both direct and indirect supervision, the Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist performs various functions that are routine to moderately complex in nature. These include but are not limited to sorting, processing, interpreting, researching, extracting, scanning, and filing loan documents, supporting documents, and files. Primary work will be out of a digital work queue, with specified deadlines for work completion. Workload will include reading loan documents and transferring data to an enterprise banking platform. The work will require some follow up with bankers or loan closers in the field to clarify needs or obtain proper and/or corrected documents, with a need to maintain the workflow and keep standing work "stalls" to a minimum. Additional duties may require the lifting and moving of document mail totes weighing up to 30lbs. The majority of the work will be completed while sitting or standing at a desk with brief periods of walking to transport physical documents as needed. Overtime will be required as needed to maintain service levels, but is not to be expected as part of overall compensation.
