Director I Care Consultant-GALocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of our Atlanta or Columbus, GA, Elevance Health locations.The Director I Care Consultant-GA is responsible for strategy and implementation of Provider Success programs in the state of Georgia.How you will make an impact:

Serves as lead for management of transformation programs, development and implementation of learning collaboratives, webinars, and toolkit enhancement, including national and local strategy.

Develops communication documents and training criteria related to program success measures.

Develops documentation to support internal and external presentations as well as tracking and monitoring the value and success of program implementation.

Collaborates with Provider Success Directors and Program Directors related to program development and internal/external communication.

Accountable for developing and maintaining Internal LOB relationships as well as local market relationships.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in external client facing program management, primary and specialty care transformation, quality improvement, and experience in a primary/ambulatory care setting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Broad range of experience with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid; Transformation Program Development, project management and Implementation experience preferred.

Hands on people leader experience preferred.

MBA preferred.

Project management experience preferred.

Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
