The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events, ensuring each one aligns with our brand values and business goals. This role plays a key part in enhancing our visibility, engaging key stakeholders, and promoting our services.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute corporate events, open houses, real estate showcases, and community engagement initiativesCoordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio/visual support, and on-site event managementWork with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and event campaignsManage event budgets and negotiate vendor contractsTrack attendance, collect feedback, and generate post-event reports to measure successBuild and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and clientsEnsure all events align with the brand identity and business objectives of Property Soar
